This is a must-order at VIDA. The chef uses four top-notch quality seafood — sea urchin, tuna, shrimp and salmon roe. The sashimi used are very fresh and they get along with the cured yolk and the flavoured rice. No additional soy sauce is needed as the whole dish is already seasoned. Let me tell you, every bite is full of satisfaction.

VIDA tuna rice

This interesting looking tuna rice uses three parts of a fresh tuna to form a triangle. The toro melts as soon as it touches the mouth and it tastes best accompanied by green onions and seaweed. After the dish, my happiness has maxed out for the day.

Cured yolk, our flavoured rice

The simple-looking bowl of rice has a secret ingredient. The golden coloured cured yolk is the key to the dish because the chef prepared it the day before. The temperature of the rice is the same as a human’s body temperature and the egg to rice ratio is perfect. Each bite of the rice is always sauced by the appropriate amount of egg.

Grilled beef tongue and grilled rolled omelette

All grilled skewer deserves a praise. The chef chooses the most tender part of the beef tongue to ensure it leaves the best impression on the guests’ tastebuds. These grill stuff on a stick have became our must orders.

Rice cake, nori, parmesan

This rice cake must be consumed quickly. Rice cake and the parmesan inside it made the dish chewy and absolutely perfect.
