Traditional Beijing style duck from the Wood-fired oven with classic condiment

The chef is originally from Beijing. Roast duck is also originated in Beijing. The restaurant uses jujube wood and traditional red brick oven to roast the duck. You can dip the duck skin in sugar, the breast meat and leg meat with pancake wrappers stuffed with some green onions, cucumber and sweet bean paste.

Crispy Mandarin fish, sweet and sour sauce

This is a famous Jiangnan dish. The sweetness and sourness captures a lot of people’s heart and mind. Again, Beijing Kitchen uses a traditional method. First deep-fried a freshly caught fish, nicely plate it with its head and tail, then drench the sauce all-over it.

Pan-fried pork dumpling, yellow chive

Dumplings are definitely a taste of history. Simply biting into the dumpling, you can taste the juicy stuffing and the appetizing fragrance. It’s almost addictive, you just want one bite after another.
