RECOMMENDATION

Wok-fried Nagasaki squid, herbs, abalone sauce

The squid is from Nagasaki. The texture if tender and firm, very popular among younger people. The colors in this dish is amazing, pairing with different kind of spices and leaves, the squid absorbed all the flavors. It’s savory and fresh. The rich thick sauce is made of Japanese abalone. What a luxurious item.

Deep fried snow crab shell

Are you afraid of greasy fried items? Try this deep fried stuffed snow crab shell. The crab shell is stuffed with blue crab meat, onion and Japanese dried scallops. More impressive-ly, it has a lot of crab miso and loads of crab meat. It’s fresh and rich and deep frying it was actually the best method to keep all the flavors in it. You can taste every layer of it.

Honey glazed BBQ pork loin

This is actually a signature dish from Mt. Takayama. It’s grilled with hooba leaves so the fragrance is transferred to the pork loin. The plating is elegant, pairing with the nice and beautiful interior of the restaurant, you are here for not only the food but an amazing din-ing experience.
