The squid is from Nagasaki. The texture if tender and firm, very popular among younger people. The colors in this dish is amazing, pairing with different kind of spices and leaves, the squid absorbed all the flavors. It’s savory and fresh. The rich thick sauce is made of Japanese abalone. What a luxurious item.
