RECOMMENDATION

Before the alcohol touches the table, we should try most ordered “milk, sea urchin, char siu udon”. The soup uses sea urchin and milk to make it more Japanese tasting. It is the best to eat the udon while drinking the soup. More than that, the char siu surprises me. The torched char siu brings in its own flavor, immediately I give extra brownie points for it.

Coming to Fill Café makes me just want to order a pasta dish to match the atmosphere. This time I chose the spicy garlic shrimp linguine. Even though it is not the saucy kind of pasta, the spicy garlic still makes the dish delicious. The chef generously place a row of shrimp, maybe this is the reason why the dish is a hot pick.

Maple syrup shrimp avocado pizza is not your typical Italian pizza. The thin wrap filled with an abundance number of chewy shrimps, and with the maple syrup as well as the avocado, the pizza is extraordinary.

After having some food, it is time to be tipsy! Using coffee and alcohol to draw a “horizon”, the dish is both bitter and sweet. The most recommendable thing about this beverage is the pork jerky and ginger candy on top of the drink. You might think that these ingredients are not suitable for each other but they are a surprising pair. It seems like the drink is mimicking the taste of a Chinese dish, can you guess what that is?

Weapon is an alcoholic coffee specialty. The lychee plays an important role as it makes the Weapon’s alcohol and coffee merge better. Along with a row of lychee and blueberry, it is an outstanding match between alcohol and coffee.

For those who do not want alcohol in their coffee, what can they have? I believe ladies will love this “Floral Milk”. Mixing Cold Brew and yogurt soda mocktail is a very fresh option. Of course, “Floral Milk” needs flower, and there are dried flowers sprinkle on top of the glass, which makes each sip filled with floral scent. The little girl inside me just came out!

Dessert is next! Want an order of the spongy Earl Grey Panna Cotta Roll? Soft cake wrapped around silky Earl Grey Panna Cotta is a perfect match with coffee. If you want a dessert with a richer flavor, you can try the Basque Burnt Cheesecake. Each bite is filled with rich cheese flavor.
