RECOMMENDATION

Cream cone puff

In the 50s, cream cone puff is very popular but due to its complicated steps, we can only find them at classic bakeries. The swirly cone exterior and a cream-filled interior. I feel like I accidentally entered an old Hong Kong film.

Custard bun

This is different from the cream cone puffs we just introduced, this yellow custard bun has cream that are more thick and more textural. The yellow custard is very eye-catching, the bun has coconut shreds and the whole thing is awesome.

Sata andagi

Sata andagi, also known as egg ball in Cantonese, is one of the most well-known baked goods at the bakery. A lot of friends came just for it. The first bite is soft and full of egg flavor and the outer layer of sugar brings in some sweetness. It is full of texture and we can ensure you that for those who come just for it won’t be disappoint.

Chicken pie

For those who prefer savory baked goods, this chicken pie should satisfy you. The crispy outer layer and the rich butter flavor. The chicken filling also added many brownie points. During afternoon tea, a chicken pit and a cup of hot tea seems like a great way to ease your tiredness.

Walnut meringue

The owner of the bakery introduced us to this walnut meringue, which resembles macaron. The meringue on top acts like the exterior of a macaron. The walnut flavor is satisfying and extremely classic. If you are coming to Jim Sai, you must try this.
