Follow me an Mei Mei in this lovely Autumn to CHIADO, a Portuguese restaurant located in Sands Cotai Central. This Hannah Quinlivan lookalike insta famous beauty wants to show me her ideal Portuguese restaurant.
Mei Mei said she likes this place because of its high quality cuisine and the super beauti-ful interior. Every corner and dish feels like they are designed to be shared on the inter-net. Mei Mei enjoys a lot of the details, such as the bird cage chandelier, the European style door frame, Calçada style floor tiles, and the blue Hydrangea on the dining tables.

Tuna tataki with vegetable escabeche and tomato tartare

By com-bining high end leisure and modern cuisine, he shows his guests the greatest authentic Portuguese dishes. The fresh tuna and vegetable mixture is delicious, topped with some tartare sauce, it’s your most appetizing dish.
Salted cod A Bras with slow cooked egg yolk and onion puree
It’s a little different from the stereotypical salted cod. CHIADO’s chef uses potato and on-ion to innovate this Bacalhau dish. It’s recommended to mix the egg yolk and onion first, before dipping the Bacalhau balls in it. Refresh your palette with some sangria~

People in Macau are not foreign to the idea of barbecue pork. But have you ever tasted a 24 hour slow-cooked pork dish?
