RECOMMENDATION

Pork adobo is a classic dish in the Philippines. The chef combined it with pizza and created this Pork adobo Pizza. The pork on the pizza has a hint of sourness and along with the string cheese, I think I need to put a halt to my diet.

A lot of the Philippine dishes are a mixture of different cultures. This Marissa’s chicken cordon bleu is an example. The chicken is wrapped in ham and cheese, which makes the flavour and texture of the dish so abundant. The white secret sauce is the essence of Marissa's chicken cordon bleu. It is so creamy that I want to have an order of spaghetti to eat with it.

As I walked into the restaurant, I saw every single table had an order of Bulalo. I immediately ordered one to try. The bone marrow and beef filled the bowl. With some taro, it added another kind of texture. I would recommend you to drink in all the bone marrow first because the flavour of beef is unforgettable.

Halo Halo is a classic cold beverage from the Philippines. The toppings are generously added and the taro ice cream is the cherry on top. A sip of Halo and a bite of the taro ice cream, this shop trip to Philippines has came to an end.
