RECOMMENDATION

Edomae Chirashizushi is rare in Macau but this is a traditional way to make sushi. The chef uses a large amount of sashimi and place it on rice with vinegar. Sushi Uminosachi uses Japanese sea urchin, tuna belly, salmon roe and other fresh ingredients on top of vinegar rice, which is a visual feast as much as an actual feast. All kinds of sashimi in a bite, makes me feel especially rich~

I came to Sushi Uminosachi for Edomae Sushi Deluxe Box. I was surprised by what I saw as I opened the box, containing 12 Nigiri Sushi and two special rolls. Over 10 kinds of seasonal fresh sashimi gathered in one box, and was suggested to eat according to their flavor –from left to right. Then, you can better taste the freshness of the sashimi.

Lastly, out of all the rolls we tried the Toyosu Market Sashimi Roll, the price is reasonable and you are able to eat the freshest sashimi from Toyosu Market. This time, the filling is made with tuna. The filling changes according to the season, it might be a different roll every time you come!

Sushi Uminosachi’s owner insist on being detail- oriented, using the traditional way to keep the ingredients its best taste. No matter if aging ingredients or making the vinegar rice, the chef pays close attention. If you want to experience of tradition Edomae flavor this restaurant can satisfy your taste bud.
