I believe people who visit the Good Fortune Kitchen must order its Beef Brisket and Tendon Noodles because it smells as good as it tastes. The owner insists on preparing the freshest beef, and cooks it with Chu Hou Paste (which is made from soybeans, garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds), dry citrus peel and other seasoning to make a stew. The tenderness and flavour are indescribable. Even their noodles are made from the best ingredients. Every bite I took, I could taste the chef’s hard work.

Shrimp Wonton Noodles

Its wontons are made with expensive and big tiger shrimps. The chef carefully wraps the ingredients to make those beautiful “fish tail wontons”. The broth is made from flounder, which gives it a refreshing taste. This bowl of delicacy is very well-received among customers.

Supreme Beef 'Lean Brisket'

Supreme Beef 'Lean Brisket' is one of Good Fortune Kitchen’s signature dish. Lean Briskets refers to the meat in between the cow’s ribs. Its meat is more fine and chewy. After being cooked with the chef’s specialty sauce for 18 hours, the dish that represents the cook’s utmost effort is ready to be served.

Signature 'Hoi Nam' Chicken (Half)

“Hoi Nam” Chicken is made from a few-month old Qingyuan’s free range chicken. The chicken meat is tender and flavourful. It is a perfect match in combination with a bowl of chicken grease rice which is freshly made by chicken soup!

Good Fortune Kitchen’s Sichuan Spicy Fish Fillet with Preserved Vegetable is also worth trying. The sea bass fillet is very soft and the chef manages to get rid of the fishy taste. The preserved vegetable is also made by the chef himself.
