Baked Crab Shell Stuffed with Fresh Crab Meat and Onions
This is Fook Lam Moon’s signature dish and it takes a lot of effort to make. It’s made of fresh crab meat, mushroom slices, cream, onion and bread crumbs. Preparing the crab meat requires high skills. The chef carefully cut apart the shells and take the meat out from every leg and claw. Imagine dining at such an elegant environment and taking a bite of crab meat and a sip of wine, what an amazing experience.
Deep-fried Sesame Ball
This is a really delicate dish. Only the experience chefs would be able to prepare it with very high knife skills. The sesame ball is fried in low heat till it’s only 1mm thin. It feels like it can be broken just by blowing to it. When it’s under the light, it’s shinny like a lantern. The texture is crispy outside and chewy inside. The great scent of sesame lingers in your mouth after each bite. It’s such a magical experience.
