Japanese restaurants are everywhere in Macau but if you want to try something with quality and a variety of cooking methods, Kinju Japanese restaurant on the 3rd floor of Golden Dragon Hotel is the perfect place. Kinju uses the best ingredients of the season to cook. The head chef, Nakamura san, is very picky for his ingredients. The space is decorated with gold and wood. There is also an open Japanese grill bar and private rooms for different occasions.

Cutlet Okinawa Abe Soba Pork
This is one of the signature dishes of Nakamura san’s. It’s piled with layers of cutlet soba pork loin. Pork loin is usually more tender because it’s the most active muscle group. The cutlet is so juicy and tender. It goes very well with the dipping sauce as well.
Sushi Lunch Set
You will be able to find high-end luxurious Japanese cuisine in Kinju. During lunch time, you can find something less expensive. I highly recommend the sushi set. Just look at the thick cut toro in it! The set also includes steam egg, miso soup, appetizer and pickles. Apply for the membership card for a special discount!
