I probably won’t be able to find this local Cantonese Cafe in Hac Sa Wan if it’s not recommended by my friends. You can see this banner in the shop saying, “This might be the most thoughtful Cantonese Cafe in Macau”. Yes, this place is cleaner and tidier than many other Cantonese Cafe in Macau. For me, a good Cantonese cafe has to provide delicious simple food and also it has to have a killer milk tea. They have it!

Champion Milk Tea
Milk tea is the soul of a Cantonese cafe. The brewing process and the attitude on details determine the taste of a cup of quality milk tea. The milk tea recipe here is based on “The King of Milk Tea” master Chow Hon Man. The milk tea is smooth and creamy, really unforgettable.
Black Vinegar Pork
The pork is fried crispy but tender. Many sweet and sour pork is seasoned with ketchup but here, they use Italian black vinegar for it’s sweet and sour taste. It’s a great dish of rice stealer!
