Strongly Recommended by Locals! This Normal Looking Store Cooks Amazing Beef Noodle Soup!
This beef noodle soup shop in Iao Han has been in business for more than 10 years. They never did any big promotion, but it’s very well known by the locals. The owner came from Fujian and they provide special cuts of beef with their noodle soup.
The store is very “low-key” and even not noticeable on the street. However, the beef broth prepared by the owner every morning is the true charisma. Through a decade, it still remains the same. Highly recommended!!
RECOMMENDATION
Razor Clam Beef Rice Noodle Soup: The broth is prepared with big beef bones and it also carries an herbal taste. The razor clams were fat and juicy. You can try the beef with their sweet and spicy sauce available on each table.
Salty Rice – It is a traditional Fujian dish. It has peanuts, carrots and small dried fish inside. Simple but delicious
