There are quite many places for Szechuan cuisine in the Fai Chi Kei district, but most of them come and go in a few years. However, this one that’s located at the back alley has been popular for a long time. I can’t say that they are the most authentic, but their taste is very distinct! If I have to come here blindfolded, I can still tell you right away its “香辣園”. I usually order their signature spicy and sour noodle soup. I would also recommend the spicy and salty corn, chicken wings and spicy boiled Japanese tofu. The spicy and salty items are perfectly seasoned, great for foodies who prefer stronger tastes. The spicy boiled dish is more flavorful on the spices. The tofu has been deep fried so it absorbs lots of the soup. Every single bite is full of love!
